Feel the Mystery

Avatar Adi Da invites children and young people to feel the “the now-and-forever Mystery”—because the Mystery is true Happiness, or “the Real Heart and the Only Real God of every one.” Adi Da promises children that He will always help them feel the Mystery when He says, “Even all My friends can easily always forever remember and feel and breathe and love and Be the Mystery—if only they remember Me, and feel Me, and breathe Me, and love Me.” This works, Adi Da confesses, “because I Am the Mystery Itself.”

 

In fulfillment of His promise, Avatar Adi Da radiates the power and blessings of the Mystery in ways that every one—at even the very youngest age—can feel and receive. He explains:

I am like the sunlight in the morning. I Intensify the light of morning until you Awaken. . . I Appear in the midst of the dreams of ordinary waking life—like sunlight in the morning. While you are still dreaming, still asleep, the sun comes up. It gets brighter and brighter, and the light comes into the room. At last, the light, the day itself, becomes sufficient to wake you—and then, all of a sudden, you are not dreaming anymore, and everything is all right.

I Am simply that Sunlight Process, that Intensification—Rising on you always, without any other special activity. My relationship to you, your living condition of relationship to Me—just that devotional relationship—is sufficient. There is only Sunlight on the pillow, until that Intensity is sufficient to Wake you Up.

Since Avatar Adi Da is always shining His “Bright” love and happiness to everyone, the best thing we can do for children is help them to feel their relationship to Adi Da and His blessing. This is as natural as flowers turning to the sunlight.

​

There is a universal law, “you become what you meditate on”, that children can readily understand. They quickly learn that when they give their attention to Adi Da, they will feel His "Bright" love and happiness shining to them and through them. Because of this, His central calling to children (and everyone) is “Turn to Me”.

To help children turn to Him and receive His blessing, Avatar Adi Da has given sacred practices in forms that children and young people at each age can relate to and engage. These include kid--friendly meditation exercises and sensitivity games, as well as touch--based healing, offering prayers, serving holy sites, going on simple retreats, and more.
